If you suspect that your account has been compromised or accessed without your permission, you must notify sharkluck immediately through the Help Centre available in your account dashboard. Identity verification is required before your first withdrawal and may be requested at any time as part of our security and compliance processes.
4. User Obligations and Platform Usage Rules
When using sharkluck, you agree to act in good faith and in accordance with these terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:
- Using the platform for any fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive purpose.
- Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software bugs, or use automated systems, bots, or scripts to gain an unfair advantage.
- Engaging in money laundering, collusion, or any form of organised fraud.

5. Payments and Transactions
All transactions on sharkluck are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). Deposits and withdrawals are processed through supported local payment channels including GCash, Maya, and Philippine bank transfers. You must only use payment methods registered in your own name. Using a third-party payment source is not permitted and may result in account suspension.
Deposit transactions are generally processed in real time. Withdrawal requests are processed according to the method selected — GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically completed on the same business day, while bank transfers may take 1–3 business days depending on your bank.
sharkluck is not responsible for delays caused by your bank, e-wallet provider, or any third-party payment processor. All transaction fees associated with deposits or withdrawals are disclosed at the point of request within your account. sharkluck does not guarantee any specific processing times beyond those stated.
Winnings from sports betting and casino games do not represent guaranteed income. All results depend on the outcome of the relevant event or game round. sharkluck does not and cannot guarantee specific financial outcomes for any user.
6. Limitation of Liability and Intellectual Property
sharkluck provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to maintain uptime and service quality, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of technical issues at all times. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned outages may occur.

7. Account Suspension, Closure, and Governing Law
sharkluck reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, particularly in cases of suspected fraud, terms violations, underage use, abusive behaviour, or failure to complete required verification. In the event of account closure due to a verified breach of these terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited.
